survey examining critical approaches to interpreting imagery in
diverse cultural contexts throughout history. Intended to develop
an awareness of the power of visual materials, such as propaganda
and advertising, within the socio-cultural, political, philosophical
and economic forces that encode imagery with meaning. $25 lab
